The Proto Astral specifically named her as being of import. And 'blamed' her for the current state of the world.

Personal as I'm descended from the Astrals or potentially "The Vel", Academic, as I was originally trained as an archeology major, and trying to touch on some loose threads from the Numbers Astral Incident.
